SB 254 -- PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION IN SCHOOLS

This bill prohibits persons younger than 21 years of age from
possessing or distributing a prescription medication on school
property without a valid prescription.  Possession of the
medication is a class C misdemeanor, and a second or subsequent
offense is a class B misdemeanor.  Distribution of the medication
is a class B misdemeanor, and a second or subsequent offense is a
class A misdemeanor.
